Lovin’ Lindy’s Stamp Gang

Here’s a little notebook I decorated and personalized a couple of weeks ago.

I cut two covers from a thick cardstock. I used black modeling paste and the Composition Book stencil from Prima to create the texture on the covers. Using Lindy’s Stamp Gang sprays (pirate’s plunder moon shadow mist, screamin’ banshee blackscintillating silver and sweet violet purple teal), I gave the covers some color and a little shimmer.

Using sprays allows you to create your own color palette and use that palette to color your embellishments using the same sprays.

To decorate the premade tag, I used the Evidence Label rubber stamp from Viva Las Vegas Stamp company and the Shenanigans stamp comes from Stampotique Originals. I stamped the heart using the Evidence Label and Twilight Blue Slate embossing powder, also from Lindy’s.  The metal closure came from my jar of vintage buttons.

I’m entering this decorated notebook in the Lindy’s Stamp Gang monthly challenge. Wish me luck please.
