Baby You’re a Star

The Picture Star stamp set from Artistic Outpost continues to inspire me. This time, I took that gorgeous baby and stamped him on a rolodex card. Colored him using watercolor pencils and of course, he had to have a red beret. I used two dots of glossy gel to make his sunglasses pop. The ever handsome, Fred Astaire, needed a little pop, so I gave him a small black bow. I stamped other images from the set as background and added a couple of stars cut from mirror and silver papers. I just can’t get enough of this set and I’m already planning one more project that focuses on the movie starlet from the set. I’m thinking she’s going to have to have some sort of a boa!! Check out the set from Artistic Outpost which also owns Our Daily Bread designs.

This is fabulous, love the background shape and the collaged stamping on the background and of course, that baby really is the star of this card. Looking forward to seeing the next piece you create with these great stamps.
